Lovey walk to stretch the legs and clear the mind, when the tide is out you can walk waterside of the wall and if the tide is in you can walk land side. Can get quite windy, cold and slippery during the winter as expected and land side can get muddy in places. A few dog waste bins but few and far between, depending where you start there are some free parking locations if not parking starts at £1 for an hour near Thorny Bay. There are metal steps over the wall but always be aware of the tide as some locations there are only the ladder type
