Many dog friendly trails. Dogs will see manual and motorized bikes and horses on trails. Peak view is not very impressive when compared to other hikes in Washington but can't beat the close proximity to town. In Fall/Winter certain areas will have water over trail so have good boots. River will be very strong in the rain season so would recommend waiting for spring or summer if you want to get close to that area. Discover Pass required. Access to river and there are also many forest service roads on top of the mainy forested trails available. Poop bags are available at trail head.
