Has great potential but is not well kept. Agility strip is good for beginners but even my dog wanted to leave before I did. Just very square and the edges are very waterlogged after rain given it is downhill from a road, which may explain the lack of maintenance. Edited to add, gate lock is VERY high. Shorter people will struggle to get in and out. I'm 5'6" and I thought it was high...
