Great off-leash dog beach. This beach is linked to Christies Beach and you will need to put your dog on a leash to walk on this side. The council provide water and poop bags. Parking is available to access from either side. Mixed breeds and dog sizes visit this beach. Lots of dogs have name harnesses which is nice too. Always a good time

Good off lead space. Seems to have more larger dogs than smaller ones visiting. The ocean is a bit rough for swimming but there is river run off that can be good for dog swims (weather dependant). There are dog 💩 bags provided by the council and bins. Best not to stay too long after sunset as there is little to no lighting.
