Dog and people friendly place. Busy time is around 4:30 to 6 pm in the Winter. It can be muddy after raining.

2 separate sections based on weight. Nice shaded patios with some benches. Both sections have a hose & some plastic pools as well as donated/forgotten bowls for shared use.
