Located at 190 Sherwood Ave in Toronto, ON, this official dog park is a fantastic spot for dog owners seeking a fun and engaging environment for their pets. The park features a beautiful circuit trail that is mostly fenced, although some areas have damaged fencing—so keep an eye on your dog, especially if they spot a squirrel! The park's amenities include an off-leash trail and a river, perfect for pups who love to splash around during warmer months. However, you should be cautious in winter as there can be icy patches, particularly on stairs. User reviews reflect a lively and friendly atmosphere, highlighting that the park is a popular destination for both dog owners and families with children. While many find it ideal for everyday walks, be prepared for crowded weekends and muddy conditions in certain areas. Just remember to supervise your furry friend closely, as there have been instances of dogs getting away, and it's essential to be mindful of the park's mixed crowd. Overall, it’s a beloved spot for socializing your dog and connecting with other pet owners.

Fun dog park! Be aware that there are some area with damaged fence. If your pup sees a squirrel in the woods and enters that area thru damaged fence, well, good luck on recall. I saw so many owners with the leashes on their hands finding their dogs around ;)

The park and trail is beautiful. Be careful in the winter as there are icy areas, especially going down stairs. Its a circuit trail that is mostly fenced in but I believe it is possible for your dog to get away from you so keep a close eye. I found during quarantine that there were a lot of people enjoying the park as well without dogs but with kids. Just be aware as my Golden Retriever scared the crap out of a kid (he loves kids and ran straight for him with his big Golden smile which must have been scary for a little one)

Really fun off-leash dog trail! There is a river that runs through that the dogs love to take a dip in during the summer.

Nice off leash trail, can be busy on weekends and does get pretty muddy in some sections.

Beautiful park, especially the off-leash woods walk, but ruined by people. So much dog poop everywhere. In the on-leash areas, 4/5 people have their dogs off leash, and these are not the dogs who have good recall unfortunately. It's muddy year-round but I don't mind that.
