No running water, most of the time if it is not too busy they do have full water gallons laying around. Huge area with separated smaller space, sometimes muddy on the east side after rain. No big trees in the middle for shade, just from awnings and some smaller trees on the outside. Spacious with tall grass, and a few wood obstacles.
