Absolutely love the area for a walk. It tires out my 2.5 year old Staffy so well and he’s absolutely knackered after going up and down the big hills. He loves meeting new friends as well!

Well maintained botanical garden and park. Dogs must be on lead due to abundant bird life and its popularity for dog walkers. The loop itself is only 3 or so km but you can do multiple loop options. A little coffee kiosk is open during the day. Note that gates close at sunset.

Beautiful park with lots of friendly dog walkers. Has a kiosk as well as ample public toilets. The park provides poo bag dispensers at all entrances and plenty of bins.
